Global Music Producer University · for every music creative

Every music creative.
One university.NINE SCHOOLS · THIRTEEN LANES · ONE CREST

GMPU is one university with nine schools for every music creative: producers, songwriters, engineers, artists, filmmakers, game makers, content creators, music business leaders and tool builders. Thirteen shared lanes cover the craft, the show, the portfolio and the business, plus the gaps no other program covers yet: wellbeing, royalties, money, access, community, fans and open-source tools.

GMPU is one university with nine schools, from Production to Film, Video Games and Content Creation. Each school has its own page, faculty and credentials, and students work across schools on shared projects.

The academic core

Four levels. Eight terms. One crest.

A stackable, engineer-grade university: 4 levels over 8 terms, 7 pillars, and specialization tracks, delivered direct, co-branded, or through accredited partners, and plugged into the LMS a school already runs.

The schools of GMPU

Nine schools. One crest.

Global Music Producer University, for every music creative. Each school runs the same four levels over eight terms, from Foundation to Capstone, and shares the thirteen lanes, the Passport and vSound underneath. Film & Television, Video Games and Content Creation are full disciplines, taught alongside the music and sound that carry them.

One Passport

Enroll in a home school and take electives from any other. Credits and credentials stack on the same GMPU Passport.

Shared projects

A film needs a score, a game needs adaptive audio and an artist needs content. Signature projects are built by teams from two or three schools.

Same levels everywhere

Foundation, Diploma, Residency and Capstone mean the same thing in every school, so employers and partner universities read them the same way.

Records from day one

Every project is a vSound Record with splits, credits and consent, so a student portfolio is release-ready when they graduate.

The campus

One university. Thirteen ways in.

Every lane belongs to GMPU, and vSound keeps each student's record underneath. Click any emblem to see what that lane does and how it feeds the others.

The lane console

Thirteen GMPU lanes. Pick one, ride them all.

Each lane runs as its own program with its own faculty, emblem and outcomes. One GMPU Passport opens every lane, so a producer in Lagos can move from a Core Degree module to a royalty clinic to a plugin build without starting over.

New lane · Build

THE OPEN SOURCE

More creatives now build their own plugins, instruments and devices, often with an AI coding partner. This lane teaches the DSP, licensing and shipping discipline that turns a vibe-coded prototype into a tool other musicians can trust.

vSound · open to every label

The industry standard for a provable release

vSound keeps one governed record for every work, before and around release: who made it, who owns which share, what was consented to, how AI was used and where every copy went. It is offered to every label, major and independent, and to every distributor, publisher and creator. It feeds the pipelines the industry already runs instead of replacing them.

Major labelsIndependent labelsDistributorsPublishers & societiesCreators & students

Eight modules, one record

Built to be shared, not owned

◐

Neutral data

Each label, distributor and creator sees only its own records. No participant can read another's catalog.

⇄

Works with every pipeline

Delivers to any distributor and DSP, and to societies through DDEX and C2PA, so nobody has to switch systems to join.

{ }

Open MVIS-1 spec

The record format is published openly so any company can read, write and verify a vSound Record.

⚖

Shared governance

An advisory council of majors, independents, artists and standards groups steers the spec and its rules.

✓

Ready for the new rules

Built to meet machine-readable AI marking in the EU AI Act and the consent rules being written for voice and likeness.

Warner Music Group logo
Launch partner

vSound launches with ADA, a Warner Music Group company, as the first distribution partner. Warner is the launch partner, not the owner: the standard stays neutral and open to every label that wants to prove its releases the same way.

vSound in action · Govern & Assist

The record, live, with Ask Gee

vSound keeps one governed record for every work. Gee is the AI that works on that record, and a fixed policy check decides what it may actually do. Try the demos below.

The event grammar

Every cue pack, student project, chart submission or label release moves through the same nine verbs. Click a verb, or run the whole chain.

Click a verb to see what the Vault records at that step.

Ask Gee · try a request

Pick a request. Gee retrieves context, classifies intent, checks policy, then executes or escalates to a human.

Recognition & Charts · eligibility lanes

A proposed recognition pathway that packages chart-ready evidence, compatible with DigitalRadioTracker, for AI-era music. Select a lane.

Adaptive Audio Lab · adaptive racing pack

AI is used upstream to build the cue pack; at runtime the music follows fixed, testable rules. Change the race state and watch the layers respond.

GMPU K–12 · for schools everywhere

Music and creator education
for every school on earth.

One universal program from age 3 to the first year of university. It works with no devices or a full studio lab, with a music specialist or a classroom teacher, and maps onto the national curriculum a school already follows.

What schools have now · Oct 2026

Plenty of pieces. No single program.

Frameworks, nonprofits, apps and credentials each cover part of the picture. None of them joins age 3 to university, works at every device level, and maps to every national curriculum at once.

Universal age bands

Six bands, ages 3 to 19

Bands follow UNESCO's ISCED levels, so they line up with school stages in any country. Pick a band to see its units, outputs and badges.

Device tiers

Same outcomes, whatever the equipment

Every unit has a version for each tier. Work made at a lower tier carries up when a school gets more equipment, so no student starts over.
